MSA works with lenders who have a strong Value Proposition, enabling us to recommend them to our Candidates in good faith. We receive many search requests from companies across the country and we remain selective about those we agree to represent.
Most retained search firms, including MSA, do not routinely “market” candidates; our goal is to fill searches we have been retained to conduct. This is especially true at the C-level. This does not mean that we do not accept unsolicited resumes – quite the contrary! If we have your resume on file in our active database this ensures you will be contacted when a search is accepted that matches your skill set and qualifications. We welcome new candidates!
Our sphere of influence is nationwide, we are not limited in terms of geography. With over 30 years of recruiting expertise within the Financial Services industry, we have successfully completed searches in most major metropolitan markets.
