National Sales Manager:
Successful, financially solid lender led by an industry veteran seeking a Sales leader to launch a new Distributed Retail channel. The lender currently operates 3 robust channels, including Wholesale, Correspondent, and Consumer Direct. This position will have a seat at the table in determining the model, compensation, and processes/strategy for the new channel. The role can be fulfilled remotely. The ideal candidate is currently a multi-state Retail Regional or Divisional Manager, ideally with an IMB, for whom a National role is the logical next step in their career path. Aggressive compensation, including Transition Income, will be included.
National Production Manager:
Historically a multi-billion dollar lender, our client is taking it to the next level. They are already doing more than 50% purchase business, now they are looking for the “Next Generation” leader to improve an already successful model but with a more Distributed Retail origination strategy. The lender has absolute cutting-edge technology (it will blow you away) integrated into powerful marketing platforms and consumer-oriented value props, including a guaranteed $10k to the customer if they don’t close on time. This is just one of the nice little perks they offer, there are too many to list here. This position will be remote and includes an aggressive compensation plan. The ideal candidate is a Distributed Retail Channel leader, with a proven track record of success in growth, strategy, and deep relationships within the industry.
Chief Marketing Officer:
Our client, a national, privately held lender operating (3) robust channels, is seeking an experienced CMO to take them to the next level. This role will include increasing operational efficiencies and origination quality while increasing market penetration and enhancing the company brand.
Drive targeted marketing initiatives to support all production channels while building a top-performing team. Design and implement advertising and direct marketing campaigns, customer communications, and branding strategies. Accountable for all PR and event marketing. Highlights include:
