National Joint Venture Manager:

Experienced JV leader to manage a national Real Estate JV for large IMB.  Venture is up and running in multiple markets. This role will be responsible for leading Regional Managers throughout the country as well as actively participating in Recruiting to facilitate further growth of the JV.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in JV leadership, with a demonstrated track record of success in organic growth.

Western Division Manager:

Experienced Retail Sales leader to assume Division Management leadership in Western states for large, national IMB.  This role will inherit existing production as well as focus on continued growth of the division through organic recruiting.  Strong company with large Servicing portfolio, aggressive compensation. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years in retail production leadership with a demonstrated track record of YOY growth in current and past roles.

Western Division Manager:

We are seeking Area, Regional, and Division Sales Leaders who enjoy managing a multi-state territory with the ability to utilize solid relationships with proven Originators for a quick ramp-up. Must be experienced leaders who are not reliant on company provided leads to generate business.  Several models to choose from, with aggressive Transition Income in all cases.  Production leadership roles are available in the following areas:
